We are currently seeking help from PBWA members with the following:
Decorations – Obtain and decorate the entrance , foyer and main hall. And help tear down.
Door Prizes – Contact businesses and PBWA members for door prize donations. Set up the area at the venue to display the door prizes. Have workers available to sell any tickets during the venue. This committee will also need to pass out the door prizes at the Candy Cane Market. Main big door prizes to be given away at the end of the market.
Greeters - Have someone to help greet people as they come is to our Market. This can be broken up into hourly assignments.
Publicity – Advertisement for the event and all media. Also, making up the programs. We already have many signs and banners made up.
Set Up & Tear Down – Placement of Vendor locations putting up tables and chairs and tear down of same.
Sponsors – Secure Sponsors, receive payments, maintain contact.
Vendors – Secure Vendors, receive payments, maintain contact list.
